Our office hours are by appointment only Monday - Saturday. Phone consults are also available, under the condition that you are under the care of a primary care provider in your area, and that you return to us a completed copy of our intake form. First Visit - Prior to the first visit, you will receive an initial intake form to complete and bring with you to the visit. We will typically spend a total of about 1.5 hours together. The first hour will be spent discussing your current and past medical history, which will help Dr. Fisel determine what the cause of your illness may be. The last thirty minutes will consist of a pertinent physical exam and discussion about possible laboratory and treatment options. Dr. Fisel will then decide on a comprehensive treatment plan and recommendations for follow-up.
Follow-Up Visit - The follow-up visit typically lasts 30-45 minutes, and involves an assessment of how effectively the treatment plan is working. This is also a time to review any laboratory work that may have been ordered during the first visit. Any necessary adjustments to the treatment will be made at this time, and we will continue to remove any obstacles to your cure that may be present. In addition, a thorough physical exam may be performed, as it can aid in the prevention of future health problems.
Payment Policies - Payment is due in full at the time of service. If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so within 24 hours, or you will be charged 50% of your visit fee. If you are experiencing financial hardship, please talk to us about trying to work out a payment plan that accommodates to your needs.
